Многие любят ароматный и хрустящий картофель фри. В связи с популярностью продукта ученые решили выяснить, как он действует на организм.

Гарвардские эксперты выяснили, что систематическое употребление картофеля фри способствует набору лишнего веса, появлению сахарного диабета и болезней сердца.

Такие сведения были получены после проведения эксперимента, цель которого выяснить, как воздействует картошка фри на организм.

Результат для здоровья оказался не самым хорошим. Но это в том случае, если блюдо употреблять регулярно. 

Если заниматься спортом, правильно питаться и высыпаться, можно съедать 6 соломинок картофеля фри один раз в неделю. Тогда плохого воздействия на организм не будет. Как правило, одна порция фри состоит из 40 кусочков картофеля. Это почти в 7 раз больше допустимой нормы.

Ранее эксперты из Италии сделали заключение, что люди, которые не едят картошку фри, живут на 6 месяцев дольше других. 

Это уже не первое исследование, которое доказывает влияние пищи на организм и состояние здоровья. А это значит, что с помощью полезных продуктов можно улучшить свое здоровье, самочувствие и защититься от ряда опасных заболеваний.
